Orders are processed from Seattle, WA the following business day. Following payment, you will receive an email confirmation.
We cannot guarantee availability of the purchased item(s). If the item you purchased is not in stock, we will issue an immediate refund and email you.
All prices displayed are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted, and are accurate to the best of our ability. In the unusual case that an item is not listed correctly, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and offer the items again with the correct information.
We try to accurately show the colors of our products, but please note that colors you see may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor.
Sales tax is only applicable to orders shipped to a Washington state address.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped through USPS or Fed Ex. Domestic shipments can arrive between 1-5 days and international orders can take anywhere between 5-20 days. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent out with a tracking number for your package.
Due to USPS border policies, once a package is beyond United States border, it is no longer trackable. An express international shipping option is also available through Fed Ex for a higher fee. This option, which takes between 1-3 days, includes the ability to track your shipment.
If you would like your package sent by express delivery, please contact us and we are happy to arrange what works best.
If a package is returned to us, you are responsible for any re-shipping charges. Also, it is up to you to submit the correct billing and shipping information. If an order has been shipped to an inaccurate address that you gave, we cannot be held responsible.
International packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, or other fees. Deliveries may be delayed due to customs, and International customers will be responsible to pay the duties to their respective countries upon receipt of the package.
RETURNS
Returns of non-sale items may be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please email us at info@silvae.co to initiate a return or exchange. All pieces that are made to order may only be exchanged for store credit.
Shipping your product back to us will be on you, but the cost of shipping for your next order will be on us.
In order to qualify for a return, the product must be a non-sale item, and in its original condition, meaning that it should be unworn, unwashed, and not damaged, with tags in place. Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt.
SILVAE has the right to deny credit for any returned items that do not meet the requirements of our return policy. Any returns that do not meet our policies will be sent back to the client at their cost. Please note that all sale items are final sale and non- returnable.
